Early Departure Procedure
Any parent needing to sign their child out of school early is required to come to the office to sign them out. We will then request for your child to be sent to the office to be collected. If you are heading to an appointment, please allow enough time for this.
Due to the demands within a busy school environment, it is not appropriate to call our office staff with little notice to pick your child up from school.
If you require to pick your child up during break times, please allow extra time as your child will need to be called from the playground to be collected.
If you would like your child to meet you at the office, you will be required to write a note to the teacher or email the school office with the time you will be collecting your child.
Where possible, please avoid booking appointments during school hours to ensure your student is not missing out on valuable learning time.
