Student Voice
Student Representative Council (SRC) is about supporting all students to have real influence in their learning, school life, and wider community. It means creating conditions where students feel heard, valued, and able to take meaningful action.
Student voice is about students sharing their ideas, opinions, and perspectives, and having them genuinely listened to and acted on. It means creating a safe environment where all students feel heard and can shape decisions in the classroom, across the school, and in the wider community.
When students feel they are part of something meaningful, they’re more likely to engage and contribute. The Student Representative Council (SRC) builds trust, motivation, and shared purpose across the school community through genuine student partnership.
Our motto or pillars of student voice are; Your Voice Matters, Diversity of Voice, Voice Not Noise, and Voice Leading Change.
